“Straight white folks really fucked the country this time, balls deep and bone dry!!!” THIS was from the Easter Sermon, no less! The preacher jittered, twitched, and exalted. Next we saw, the rooster was upon the altar; a sure sign of the devil in this context. Christ himself was gonna take a Pass this year, except for he loved the colored egg(s). “Sure as it’s red,” said lovely Magdalene, suddenly with proof! (*poof* with the proof, Mary Madgic.) It got him every time, that rouge maneuver; funny, considering how he could do anything. “Oh, just do something!” we cried.
“No need,” He said to us each, “you’re here.”
